A new begining

I moved on from Red Herring to TheStreet.com in November and nearly five months later it's time to revive my blog.

At Red Herring, during the time I worked there, the magazine wasn't in favor of reporters having their own personal blog.

So my blog, For the Record, mirrored most of my work for the Red Herring website and magazine.

Now at TheStreet.com I plan to post not just my stories but also what I am thinking about, news that catches my attention and anything I find interesting in the sectors I cover.

This should be a new beginning for this blog.
